Friday 21st of December was my last day in the office at KPMG for the next couple of years! I put on my out of office reply that says I'll be out of the office until 2010 - wow!

It was with mixed feelings that I finished up - excitement at the prospect of moving into a time of real preparation for going to Mexico and taking the next step and sadness at leaving a group of workmates who have become my close friends.

I had a fantastic last few weeks at KPMG, especially as it was the Christmas season. It was great to be able to share some good times, celebrations and fun with the team before I took a break from work.

I have sincerely enjoyed my time at KPMG stretching over almost six years. I've had many great experiences and made a lot of great friends, but now it is time to say “hasta luego amigos”.
